Others' code is not yours to license.
You license only your own code.
What are the licences of the other libraries? If they are all permissive, such as BSD, you can relicense them under the GPL, and distribute the whole thing as GPL .

Assuming that you have a valid checkout, the easiest way would be something like this (where you replace REPO_URL with the correct URL):
svn co REPO_URL cd Repo svn mv Parent/ChildX/ChildY .

My buddy has a stock ss ls1 camaro and an ht60.... All I need to know is if I block off one of the scroll sides with a plate, will I burn anything up or choke it or anything?? Lol thanks for the help.
