Windows XP Pro SP3 - double clicking on IE7 on desktop results in a new
shortcut to IE7 rather than starting IE7. What's the fix?

folks computers that I used the tool on which simply puts the donotallowIE70
or 80 reg key because our company....

With VS2005 I find that adding classes or variables to dialogs fails
in some IE8 script. I have no idea why it is running an IE8 script.
