OS Windows XP3, IE7 and firefox
Problem.
Cannot access yahoo.com but can access all sites I can think of. Anyone with any idea what's going on here?
-IE has already been reset to its default settings,
-Tracing route completes successful...

Is there a reason you have not upgraded to IE8? Some sites are now requiring it (I don't have an IE7 machine to test? That is the Brazilian page in Portuguese.

I believe that the ‘jQuery’ is undefined bug with IE is still occurring in EE 2.3.1 - Build: 20111017.
When trying o publish an entry which includes Wyvern v1.3.2 IE 7 and IE 9 throws the following errors:
SCRIPT5009 : 'Object' is undefined

Can you confirm if errors appear without the third party items, NSM Morphine and Wyvern installed?
If the errors are related to the add-ons alone then you will need to seek support from their authors .
