So I have a m94 Swede Mouser. I have decided to have it customed up and mage into my Dream deer rifle. I have been reading that they can be unsafe with modern ammo?

Haybine is actually a registered tradename for New Holland, as is Discbine .
It is a machine that cuts the hay and conditions it either by the old crimping method or by using an impeller to crush it .
Another name would mower/conditioner.
