Can you tell me pros/cons of this program?
I live in Chicago and b/c of the location, I'm drawn to the program. Not to mention in-state tuition.
Are there job opportunities in Chicago for MPH graduates?

Does Northern Illinois University lower tuition costs when more than one family member is attending? My sister is a Junior gonna be a Senior next year at NIU. I know some schools may take a couple thousand off your tuition if there is more than on family...

I've been accepted at both. I'm out of state at Illinois, so it's really really expensive. Does anyone have any ideas about which is better? I know NYMC is lacking in research, but I'm not really looking to go into research per se.

Also, it's good your doing volunteer work.
Of course! If you work hard on it and give time and effort in your studies, then why not? Try to take AP and honors class as much as possible and thrive to get As and you'll be fine .
