I used to take 3 fish oil a day for the really faint voices I sometimes hear .
My mum takes 3 a day and she has paranoid schizophrenia .
Fish oil works.

I do think the distinction between depression....
In short, you can be BP and have psychotic features during depressive phases.
And those can present far more strongly in one cycle over another .
Also have bipolar one with psychotic features.
