Hi, i have a problem when trying to delete a file... when i want to delete/rename it but there is no option for it... so i have tried "unlocker" but it could not locate the file, and i have also tested cmd.exe but with no success, so now i'm turning my...

If the file is in use by some....
Make sure it runs in administrator mode, and perhaps after reboot in safe mode .
Your file might contain funny characters, so try again the del command in cmd using wildcards on parts of the file name that are clearly there .

Very poor taste, IMO. I hope the president does not approve of this and has it pulled. It's one thing to gracefully retract a previously stated thinking but another one to shove it in people's faces.
