Mini implants and traditional dental implants? what's the difference between the 2? what are the pros and cons of having mini implant than the traditional ones? i heard that mini implants are way more affordable than the traditional...how is it different...

Mini implants are genrally only suitable for patients who have no teeth at all and require a few mini implants to act as achors to keep the denture more stable.

I was wondering if someone on the forum has had teeth implants done and what your experience is? Was it painful? Did you have any complication? Can you chew on food with them as with regular molar teeth? Any problems with it? Where have you had it done...

I can eat teeth implants were in my brother's arm when I was around 5, he seemed to think it was quite painful.
Hellish expensive but they work I have got five implants and I am very happy with them.

I have saline under the muscle every time i flex my pec it places... .
A saline implant and a silicone gel implant under the muscle to decrease the
chance of rippling, unless the patient has a good amount of tissue to cover the implant.

Whenever the muscle is engaged, the implant displaces....
If they lift created pocket for an implant and that implant is placed under your muscle.
I have seen a few women have this happen, esp .
Pushing the implants out to the sides.

I just read a post on "Exchange City" where a member's PS (who only does silicon implants) told her that saline implants are "too hard", and that they would "feel like TEs."
