My wife has acquired British Citizen and surrendered her Indian passport.
I am British.
We have applied for a 5 year Indian visa for both my wife and son who have neither travelled on their respective British passports.

Your old expired UK passport (with the life long visa stamp), the new valid UK passport and OCI booklet.

And also they gave us a paper.
The person had handwritten on the passport that the baby has been granted an 'x' type visa valid granted an 'x' type visa valid for 1 year multiple entry.
