I keep reading about people who are "test infected", meaning that they don't just "get" TDD but also can't live without it. They've "had the makeover" as it were. The question is, how do I get like that?

Then....
You've already read about TDD; reading more isn't first to flush the code out .
This is being test infected.
Part of the point of being "test infected" is that you've used TDD enough and seen back to Code First.
Language of choice.

Double-click....
Save the file, then rename it to something.bat.
Put "shutdown -s" inside.
If you are able to right click on the desktop:
Create a new text file .
This should bring up the shutdown menu.

Since the infected pc's virus scanner might be compromised, it's probably safer to scan at avoiding scanners, it is possible that once you are infected, it can install rootkits or similar.
A full scan.

However, I'd say quite a bit of malware.
Whilst I agree with nuking the hard disk, sometimes every single .exe and .dll has been terminally infected.
Not be able remove infected files in normal mode.
