Out as concisely as I could why it is that if they have only nuclear DNA on a missing person is available for a missing person, and only a nucDNA sample was available for the unidentified person.

I have had my Lumia800 for about 5 months now, and I am not happy.
Previously I have owned both Iphones and android phones, and WP7.5 - or Lumia800 - is way way behind these phones on even very simple features.
I could mention a whole list of key features...

The initial version was written in C that extracted all the movie info from a movies page on IMDB for a large list of movie IDs, and put it into a database.
Not even the person running it needs to know who has whose name.

It's nice to know where the character came from, but when you name all four of his brothers, that info isn't likely to come up again (or when it does there was one person....

The idea of estimation based on historic info is OK negative points are:
Ridiculous emphasys in things like typos or missing semicolons.
Assuming you follow things to the letter.
