So this Friday I leave for Philadelphia, and then on to Barcelona.
We leave May 11th, and arrive May 12th. I've got pretty much the entire day in Barcelona on the 12th, spend the night, and our cruise leaves the next day midday, on the 13th.

They dont charge any fees for the exchange....
I use USAA and can use any cash machine which makes it really nice .
The airport will hit you with a decent exchange rate premium .
You can get it exchanged at the Airport, or get some from your bank before you leave .
