It started with the oil pump rubbed a hole in the transfer case which starved it for oil. We replaced the case, pump, bearings, fork and shaft. The problem i now have is that my 4x4 high wont engage and when i push on the 4x4 low button i get "Range Shift...

Check the fluid level first.
The other is maybe something else.
Have you checked the fluid level once it is up to operating temperature to be sure it is topped off while hot and running?
That seems to be the answer to the first two codes .
