Living insole! ;) Would you ever have a living insole?
If I could shrink and be taped to the insole your shoe and you get £2000 every day that you ware the shoe wiht me in woudl you do it? PS I would not die but I would be in pain and have to live with...

If you like a cut to size thin, flat insole I recommend these SpencoRx .
The yellows are what i would go height does not bother you .
It will add to your heel lift.

I've tried several different insoles and still have.
So they don't provide as much cushioning as a thick insole, but they are more comfortable than a harder insole like the Powerstep Pinnacle Max.

Just wondering if anyone's needed to do this, and if it helped or got in the way of actually riding properly - I wore my paddock boots (freshly re-soled) the other day just for walking around a bit to scuff up the bottom so they weren't so ice-like slippery...

Question about insoles, Superfeet, and Shoes Hi. I was planning on getting an insole and new Yonex shoes, and I want to confirm what I'm suppose to do.

Doesn't Harlick have an insole that is shock absorbing or something? Would they swap it out for you the harlick insole.

Anyone have any experience with Gerbings Heated Socks or Insoles? Is one better than the other? What's your preference? One warmer than the other. One more convenient than the other?

I just got the socks, not sure if the insole would have been enough but I went with the socks because the sock heats the top AND the bottom of your foot whereas the insole only heats the bottom.
