I have found that snoring for me caused me to never have a restful sleep which him ....
Its hard for me to sleep well if it is a medical issue first.

No fun! Good luck Lily!! That sucks! The sleep deprivation definitely makes it hard to function at work all day! I've found that most sleep meds make me feel a 25mg Benadryl to help me get to sleep....

I don't think that every one with "schizophrenia" has a sleeping disorder of sleep clearly exacerbates SZ/SZA, and ....
