I've seen installed with the door panels dyed....
The 2 seems to be an inspectors mark, each person probably had their own stamp.
There are a few others in that VIN range that are V2 orange also transmission .
That's a new one for the A12 list.

I live, your town will provide police/court/building inspector, town council, road maintenance, etc.
From relatively proliberty North Shore and Florida, rather than Mass, New Jersey, and New York.
