This morning, a lady's kid opened his car door into my car.
It left a nice sized dent and scratch on my car...

As far as I have been able to surmise, Foremost Insurance Company to date only insured atv/utvs that are street legal in Arizona. Everywhere else you were only covered by them if you were off road.
This just changed. Got a call from them this afternoon...

From what I see, Riders Insurance is only available in certain prices, if you are from....
To look into is Riders Insurance, I had 4 Atv's insured, my Grizzly had full coverage plus $3000 they insure are bikes, quads etc.

I was a typical attorney; blowing a situation out of proportion.
It all worked out great. She received a rental car the next day. The insurance company cut her a check for $33,000 for her 2008 Lexus IS350 with under 19,000 miles, navigation, packages...

Looking for help here for my Dad.
On Christmas day here in Melbourne his car (VZ Commodore) was extensively damaged due to the hail storms.
He is with RACV.
They replaced the windscreen for free as it was damaged and then put him off to have the car assessed...

The insurance around my Mum has been more than enough.
My position him to have to worry about this kind of stuff.
Comprehensive insurance then the repair isn't worth completing in the first place.
