UK life insurance policy?

Can I get a life insurance policy with my cat as the beneficiary?
Now, I realize this might sound silly, but I'm totally serious about this. Honestly, all the other people I really cared about are gone, and for a long time now, my cat has been the only one that's really been there for me. So I worry, that if something were to happen to me, what situation he'd be in... Is it possible I could get a life insurance policy, and then if I die, the money is put into some kind of fund to make sure he gets the best care possible? This would really make me feel a lot better, if I could.
