Mutli Trip is really good as is AIB/BOI travel insurance.
No one has mentioned multitrip.com
A few of the banks also do travel insurance.

In the past, we have purchased a few different kinds of travel insurance. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am looking at travel insurance dot com, as it is a fair bit cheaper. Has anyone has used this insurance supplier before for cruising?

After my wife's cancer, Lloyds TSB Gold card was the only travel insurance and my one.
We both have health issues and it was still good value .
We are now with MRL.
My travel insurance did that last year as well.
