When we talk about network programming, does it means the "network" here is just the computer network? And what is the difference between the computer network and the network that not belongs to computer network?

Using this they can see what type of data you are sending on the network.
They are most definitely using inspection.
In general, they have control over what you do on their network.

Cheaper for Internet only is going to take the shows later.
Doesn't want to have cable TV at all, then that's an issue.

All I need is clear signal....
But since the price with Landline/Internet is about the same HBO..etc..
- I will have a total of 4 TVs (All LCD or LED HD), and each of them has a coaxial output where the TV family and I do not watch alot of TVs.
