I don't know what to do- if I leave that... .
Since I've quit my job for ethical/professional reasons, I've had trouble getting interviews I only list having that job for 4 months (even though I wasn't fired and quit for good reasons).
In the last 9 months of job searching I have had 12 different interviews, but zero job offers. Most of the interviews seem to go really well and the conversation is great. I'm in the D.C job market, has anyone else experienced this? Also any HR people...

I go in with the mentality that I'm interviewing them too related to your job search.
