In the last 9 months of job searching I have had 12 different interviews, but zero job offers. Most of the interviews seem to go really well and the conversation is great. I'm in the D.C job market, has anyone else experienced this? Also any HR people...

Dig this: At my second interview in February, I tried to find out why they chose frame.
I think the interview goes well and then no offer for future interviews.

I am mentioning a few questions which are usually the part of interviews, I dont understand what is the intent behind then. Of course one might argue, just to see how you think, or how you react, but isn't it better if you ask a more meaningful puzzle...

I just took a toll at the website unemployed friends, and it is a very cool site with a lot of advise and polls. I just took a poll that had asking how many interviews have you gone on in the last 6 months, and have answered in the 1-10 range it provided...

I am in the 1-10 range as well, looks like hardly anyone has had more than 10 interviews - Report abuse I went on 4 interviews and was offered a job with the last place I interviewed a picnic getting those 4 interviews though....
