Inverter or non-inverter aircon ?
I'm trouble by this question.
Planning to install system 3 for my house n the price diff is about 600-700, let say I gona break even the price diff, I will need more than 5yrs.
So if u were me wat will be ur choice?

If use everyday...inverter is better system 3 for 8 hrs / 30 days, u save abt$15 for inverter.
If use occasionally...den not much difference...

I am getting ready to install a Cobra 2500W (continuous) DC to AC inverter. This will be going in the bed of my truck, probalby up at the front - maybe at the rear - don't really know yet.
An inverter this big requires it's own power leads from the battery...

FWIW I have the same inverter in my Jeep, I ran the ground all the way back in the inverter's connectors, but maybe they've changed since I bought mine.

When the inverter is on line, have you checked for power at the outlet or outlets that you are plugging the appliances into?
If the answer to the above is "Yes", then check to see if the inverter this helps.
