Alright so though i started seeing noticeable results it seems the euphoric feeling i had is somewhat deminished, im still leaning out but im going to take my fat loss alittle more hardcore as ive decided im tired of higher bf percentages....cals will...

back....
took 1rst dose pwo combined with my pwo supps, had an extreme full pump throughout workout...tbar rows, hammer strength rows, reverse pec deck, lat pulls completed an awsome, intense workout. i feel slightly hungrier through out the day...

As mentioned in other logs oxygen intake is alot smoother and breathing seems easier during intense sets, supersets and circuit training keep my heart elevated through out... .
