I have only read his first book and Lyle Mcdonalds Keto book. Currently I am reading Dan Duchaines Body Opus. Was just curious how different this new Metabolic Diet book is from the Anabolic Diet.

Basically I've discovered tons of fats = raging hormones = huge gains in strength.
Is it ok if I go 40% protein, 40% fats, 20% carbs.
