Hi, i have recently some weak adrenals, but my labs numbers are not alarming. My doctor and me, don,t want to take HC, so which adrenal supplement worked best for you? I read that the new isocort sucks, what,s your favourite adrenal supplement? Thanks...

I can relate, I am thinking I am starting to have Thyroid issues, got all of the signs and my BG level is jumping around... .
I do believe we know our bodies best, way to go Lynnw .
I hate to say this without your research this would have never been discovered .

The answer is, "could be," and I'll be darned if I know what might bridge the gap into a normal sleep pattern. If the cessation was not with medical advice, I think it would be a great idea to get a medical opinion, which may well include what can help...
