Considering the fact that you already have got both the US and Schengen visas before I doubt that having an Iranian visa in your passport will cause a problem for you. There are many people who travel to Iran and later manage to get a Schengen visa.

Contact the Israeli consulate nearest you and pose this question with Morroco.
