You really need to do a new clean install of Windows XP to remove any hardware driver issues as the older hardware drivers may.
motherboard and even doing a repair install, it does always work.

UPDATE= I should have metioned I own the antek skeleton micro 95 watts basic lg 5.25 dvd rw 1 30gb ssd(os) and 1 160gb hhd(storage) will the motherboard you mentioned be oki?
