Say 500 hours a month jail time (~3 weeks) , alot of community service and maybe something public too like an anti less than a month jail....

I am trying to get some info on this story. How was his wife involved? I understand she was an addict. Was he busting people for drugs and then taking them? Was he using the drugs as well? If it was him doing the actual crimes why did she get jail time...
