For anyone not in the know, these appear to be brand new nooks for all intents and purposes, and refurbs that I have ordered in the past have come with an included a/c adapter.

Hi everyone.
My local Big Lots is selling the Libre Pro for $47, and I want a back-up reader that I can take to places that are too dangerous for my precious Sony 950 (like the gym or the beach). Before I splurge on this, I just wanted to double-check...

Kindle books are generally very overpriced, but to make up for that, almost all the Classics are free. Is the Kindle worth it for those alone? I've been thinking of buying a Kindle but only because it's so easy to get free foreign language literature,...

Hi everybody, I found an Aluratek Libre Pro on sale as open box at Future Shop for 39.99$, so I got it as a back up for my Kobo Vox (which I love, but it's big and has short battery life). It seems to be working well, I got a cheap generic 2 GB SD card...

Hi everyone!
I'm confused... a bit...
As I understand, when an e-reader has a 3G option, one can go on-line anywhere (pretty much like with a mobile phone). Am I right?

B&H Photo is selling Aluratek Color for $79.99 . It seems like a good reader and a great deal. I'm assuming it could handle comics and manga. It also got decent reviews. I'm very much tempted but want to ask if someone here have it?
TIA
