Hi,
Whenever I had jock itch, the only thing that seemed to work was to shave all
of my pubic hair off.
Then making sure that I kept the area dry.
I think the new hair growth itched almost as much as the jock itch.

I just started attending Kettlebell classes at the local ymca, and I have never done anything so hard in my life. The classes are only 30 minutes long, but I leave them swimming in sweat and so out of breath...
