I believe the boneId is the bone with which the vertex that when that bone moves or rotates, those vertices will follow it.

Yes, dont listen to any of them mate, the Ax cv is a spider joint, its assembled as a complete unit.

Should be off a later model like you, everything looked great but the ball joint on my car is too loose to tighten down on the spindle.
There is a 17mm and 19mm ball joint you need the bigger one.
