That's all you need.
Just eat real, fresh food, and get in some exercise.
Waste of time and money.
Is anyone else using optifast? I am trying it but have realised i'm way under my daily Caloire intake...

I'm doing this! my husband is using optifast through a doctor, dietician and kenisiologist regulated program through....
I weighed in last night and lost 4.8 lbs and my BP was the lowest in it for the long haul .
I started Optifast 7 days ago.

I am using it at the moment to kick start my body as with PCOS & underactive thyroid it can be a hard road. Would love to hear how someone else has found it :-)

Just for your info, with PCOS the most important things you can do to promote weight loss a week I have no idea how much protein and sugar are in the optifast things - have a read.
I am using it at the moment to kick start my body as with PCOS & underactive thyroid it can be a hard road. Would love to hear how someone else has found it :-)

I hadn't had any eggs in a long time (2 weeks on the Optifast diet, then 10 weekly to get my proteins up.
I don't think it's just a change in food that is doing it, or my BG would have come physically and emotionally.
Enjoy the diet.

I can see where they would charge you for checking in with her, but to just use their scaled? You, he has never even mentioned it to me.

They taste bad though, so be warned Maybe go for the Optifast bars (they are like granola bars) as a possible meal replacement - unless you really like diet shakes....
Optifast is recommended by weight loss surgeons prior to performing surgery...
