Kiddies Vitamins for adults? I bought some vitamins for my sons some time ago but they don't like the taste of it. Can I use the rest of it? I have about 90 chewable tabs. I was thinking to take double the dosage recommended for children.

Yes you will be able to use those vitamins but before just double dosing on it maybe take a look at the vitamin table on the back of the container and see what is in the tablets and compare to your daily approved intake for adults....

Do you give your kid(s) vitamins? What kind?
We used to, but I recently stopped. My girls are really good eaters, and love fruits, veggies, and milk, so I am feeling like they probably get all they need from what they eat and don't need the extra vitamins...

Never give people medications to any pet.
Animals have needs.
Just as children don't take adult medications, pets can't handle our medications.

People say that you should have a balanced diet and get all the vegetables and stuff in there. But now that we have vitamins I don't really see why you should need to have a good diet like that, unless you aren't active.
