Wow alot has stayed at the kauai hostle in Kapaa, all the reviews say the guy was crazy, but he was nice to us, we to hanakapiai, check out secret beach....
Last time I was on Kauai was in 1995.
Should have hit you up on my visit last Feb .

I have been planning a trip to Kauai and was hoping to stay at Waiohai in April 2013. When I called to reserve, there was no availability at Waiohai but I was able to reserve 10 days at Kauai Lagoons 2BR OV for only 3700 DC points. I have no idea why....

Just guessing, but in Hawaii many people want beach front properties, and the beach at Kauai week at Kauai Lagoons in Oct.

Does anyone know if Safari Helicopters provides transportation from the port in Kauai and, if so, how I would go about requesting it? I didn't see anything on their site regarding this, or a place to request transportation on the reservation form.

So we wont do any charges.
Yes, sometimes the cruise ship doesnt dock in Kauai on the schedule time.
