单位的联想笔记本，原装WIN7后改装WINXPSP3，声卡驱动安装不了，是否按网上讲的要先装KB835221、KB888111两个系统补丁。求助

其实新硬件用老系统和老硬件用新系统都是比较杯具的，都是没有驱动.

新买的东芝Selellite C600-C02R笔记本，买来是Win7，不习惯就改装XPsp3了，装好后用驱动精灵装好其他驱动，唯独声卡驱动搞不定，设备管理器里“High Definition Audio 总线”前面一问号，去官网下载的声卡驱动也不行。然后致电客服，客服说需装KB835221及KB888111系统补丁，他们不提供，网上找了半天，KB888111还是只针对XPsp1和sp2，看网上的介绍改了注册表才装上的，装好两个系统补丁后声卡驱动仍然装不上，官网下载的声卡驱动写着适合销售代码以PSC...

新机器还是尽量安装WIN7。 终于解决了，再次致电客服，客服说机器比较新，官网没有这型号的XP声卡驱动。
无奈之下，抱着试试看的想法去下载了一个最新的万能声卡驱动，总算可以了。 在哪下的万能声卡驱动，能具体说一下吗？我的东芝本本也是这个问题，求助！多谢！.

我电脑重装系统后，能听到声音，但是麦克风无法正常使用，如图1，开始我以为是驱动的问题（开始用的是买电脑时主板盘上的声卡驱动），就装了驱动精灵更新驱动，问题依旧没法解决，系统也换过番茄的xp SP3,萝卜家园的XP SP3。之后baidu寻找解决的办法，按照这个帖子 http://bbs.cnool.net/topic_show.jsp?id=6484461&thesisid=51 的教程，装 KB835221补丁和 KB88811补丁，但是装 KB88811补丁时提示我是更加新的版本，装不上去， ...

应该没有这么复杂，只要你用修补漏洞的软件（推荐软件之家的， 点我 ）把系统该更新的补丁都补上，再安装驱动就行了。没有那个音配管理的界面肯定是驱动没装好，否则默认是有的。注意这个驱动点击会卸载掉就驱动，然后重启，再点击才会安装新的驱动，安装完再重启。 楼主个人估计你麦克风坏的可能性较大。
建议你先把麦克风拿到别的机器上确定麦克风无问题再说... .

我原来的声卡驱动在帮助中心--我的电脑信息中查出不支持，要更新。从驱动之家下了个驱动包[Realtek瑞昱ALC880/ALC882/ALC883/ALC885/ALC888/ALC861/ALC861VD/ALC660/ALC260/ALC262/ALC268 HD Audio音频芯片最新驱动包1.66版For Vista-32/Vista-64（2007年4月28日发布）]
先把原来的驱动在设备管理器中卸载了，再把驱动包直接打开自动安装，结束后重启动...

Last time I used it was April 8th. When I tried launching by opening a drawing it says it can't find the file.
Did disk maintenance and there seems to be file errors that can't be fixed but I'm not sure.
Tried running both versions of DDS, no success....
