For audio, have you tried the drivers straight from Realtek, here ?
Try the "Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file)" column row

应该没有这么复杂，只要你用修补漏洞的软件（推荐软件之家的， 点我 ）把系统该更新的补丁都补上，再安装驱动就行了。没有那个音配管理的界面肯定是驱动没装好，否则默认是有的。注意这个驱动点击会卸载掉就驱动，然后重启，再点击才会安装新的驱动，安装完再重启。 楼主个人估计你麦克风坏的可能性较大。
建议你先把麦克风拿到别的机器上确定麦克风无问题再说... .
