Windows XP, Service Pack 3
I cannot get Windows update nor MSE to work. Windows FixIt is no help either. I get an error code on MSE on startup 0x8007604e--I think that's it). I am now committed to uninstalling and reinstalling...

I was able to get Windows Update to work today (at least it did a full scan and showed me results of updates), and to also show the computer's update history.
Hopefully tomorrow.

Last time I used it was April 8th. When I tried launching by opening a drawing it says it can't find the file.
Did disk maintenance and there seems to be file errors that can't be fixed but I'm not sure.
Tried running both versions of DDS, no success....

If an update is found Windows and let's see if things are....
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Long story short had a virus, used malwarebytes to remove virus/malware, and now I cannot access the internet. I read some forums on the internet and "thought" I narrowed it down to a missing driver....but this is my noncomputer guys opinon so worth about...
