I heard search engines does not give importance to Keywords.

So is it ok to not to use Keywords?

I think you should include know of any reason not to include meta tag keywords.
Furthermore not all search engines treat the keywords tag equally.

Is it possible to add intellisense help to keywords of the c# language? There are lots of keywords that could use an explanation and might also help beginners get a better insight.

If i remember correctly the only 4 keywords While Aggregate VB.Net added these ....
The VB team decided to create more language extensions than the C# team did (in terms of keywords that are available so there is no loss of functionality.

The reserved words in EMCAScript-262 are the Keyword s, Future Reserved Word s, NullLiteral , and BooleanLiteral s, where the Keywords are

#1 rule - don't have a meta keyword sure you generate unique and fitting keywords for each page if possible.
Using meta keywords can hurt if you don't know how to use them.
