Microwave ovens Do you use it much when cooking?
Just about the only thing we use ours for is re-heating leftovers and making popcorn. It seems to be a ubiquitous fixture in every kitchen, but I sometimes wonder if we'd really miss it if it were removed...

My Sears GE microwave is
big, not nearly as powerfull, also has turbo oven, but I use microwave.
And cheap.

We have a 900mm under bench oven, however we've just installed an LG SolarDom MV Convection....
One standard ovens and the other one a micro oven that doubles as a microwave.
Perfect kitchen I would have 2 ovens.

Any ideas on what is a good microwave oven? Our Panasonic quit yesterday after 3 years of use. Mind u it does get used a lot. Don't mind paying a bit more for longevity. A 1200 watt is a must.

My period of mourning is drawing to a close and I need recommendations for models that aren't disposable.
