Have injusryed my Knee playing badminton...but no sure how bad it is when i fully close my knee and pull it into my chest and twist it ...i get a pain at the back of the knee ....same pain occurs if i squat and twist....am ok to ...

For the help :) I did used to have pain in the back of the knee like you describe yes, from memory getting it checked out by your GP mate, good luck.

Simple facts:
1) I had bilateral PFR about 5 and a half years ago
