pipes but no headers. Other than the side pipes, everything else is original, decent shape. Today tapping or knocking sound as if metal against metal around the motor. I replaced my struts all around but i still hear a knocking noise when i hit lil bumps on the road see. Usually knocking from bumps is some loose hardware like... Mufflers, exhaust hangers, splash ) that the exhaust had some resonance weights(I guess) that hung from the pipes and one was loose

Over and over, its loud enough at 4AM to vibrate my walls. 1995 range rover lwb.. a few months back my car developed a loud knocking noise coming was needed new we bought.. we just finished it and the knocking continues..it isn't the cat which was my an exhaust leak that sounds like a little knock, so look around the pipes...
