What's the reasoning? khenningsen, I would guess that those who use Kosher salt do so because it is what for Kosher salt....

Since it is a naturally ocuring salt its best but you still want to limit your sodium as much as possible.
The best thing I have found in Celtic sea salt, or if you can't find it use any type of sea salt.
