I would put it in my bra on once side while feeding DS on the other .
I did the same thing you did, and eventually got a Milkies Milk Saver.

I tried milking for about 4 years, what I did was wean at a month old and then start milking on the machines but I do know an outfit that used pig weaning rooms to feed new lambs that they pulled after consuming the required colostrum .
