Decided to give the motorhome a clean this morning, as the front was splattered with flies last week.
Got 2 stepladders out, one to stand on, t'other to rest bucket on.
All was going well until I decided to wash the back as well.

I used to do 5 sets of 60s a couple times a week, but then I got onto the WOD schedule and stopped doing specific hold training... .
