It becomes a crash landing when there is no flat, open surfaces, cities, livestock, earth features....
All planes can glide, if the landing gear was downaerodynamically speaking yes.
To land safely, or crash land and save some lives.

Think like.
The quality score depends on the content of the landing page not on it's URL style.

Should of clear air turbulence the entire flight....
Vegas once that had noticeable crosswind on the landing, not to the extent of that 747 video though the right side landing gear make contact and straighten the plane in relation to the runway.

Why does Amazon.com have <!-- MEOW --> at the end of their landing page? I have heard that it is just some text that some sort of script or component looks for to tell if the entire page was rendered.
Does anyone know if this is true, and if so,...

Kind of like an easter....
It could also just be a joke, I remember Amazon having the hidden pixel thing in the footer with a link to a secret page .
Whatever...
It could possibly be used as a marker for whatever reason, reporting, search and replace etc.. .

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at digitalpoint):
You....
Provide landing page.
The landing page can be used to:
Make the user contact you.
A landing page is a page, which aims to land the user on that page.
To land visitors on them when a visitor reached your website.

I heard a rumor that the SWC is going to have a carnival landing this year. Is that really true? It would be a shame to see the fair landing tape removed.

I've seen you....
Think of it as the front half of a standard tape circle .
It uses a 5-foot tape marked for the 50/40/30/20/10 points foot semi-circle for a 50 point landing? This is a very fair task.
At last report this is the landing task.

Hi there,
We've been asked by a client to remove a number of pages from being shown up in their public website search results page. I've been into the SSP and created Crawl Rules to remove these pages. All seemed to have worked ok but we have an issue...

I'm not sure I understand....
Removing any contentclass with those values should prevent the site/ version of homepages from appearing .
All sites use the sts_site value and webs sts_web.
Try creating a search scope with rules based on the contentclass property .
