There's a turn I make on my way to work where there are two left-turn lanes that turn onto a street with three lanes in each direction. I'm wondering who, if anyone, has right-of-way to turn directly into the middle lane. I would think no one does and...

On a double left turn lane there are clearly marked lines (or sometimes Botts' Dots ) that clearly indicate the leftmost person turns into the far left lane, and the next driver turns into the middle lane.

HOV lane is not the passing lane, agree ? Been meaning to ask this for awhile.

Except with HOV, you cant just switch....
I would've passed you too.
You can do that in any lane..
Since I like to cruise at 120 I'd pass the HOV lane if you're only going 110..
I think it's an exception to the left lane for passing rule.

I'm after some help please, I just got an unexpected Penalty notice in for bus lane use.

My points, firstly the date of offense is 30/12/11 the date of notice is 31/01/12 as this is outside of 28 days is the Penalty already...

Anyone else notice this happen to them in ranked? I feel like any time I play a champ I'm experienced with and get fed in my lane, I have awful teammates who feed, make dumb decisions, and lose the game.

Somewhat hypothetical situation at the pool. One person in each lane of lap pool (second, non-lap pool is available ). Which lane do you choose to join and why. At this pool, there are no designated "fast" or "slow" lanes.
