Green Lantern and the Yellow Weakness?
I was watching the WW animated movie and saw the first glimpse of the Green Lantern animated movie. That got me thinking of the live action movie that may one day come out.
Ok we all know that the Green Lantern is weak against the color yellow. No offence here but personally I think it's outdated and actually sort of silly. In terms of a big budget live action movie, do you guys think that they should omit the part about him having a weakness against yellow?

The lantern shield, does anyone have a picture of one?
Some of the descriptions of the lantern shield indicate that it hangs from the shield, some of the pictures look as if there is a cage portion on the actual shield and the lantern sits inside. Does anyone have pics of the shield possessing the lantern? Also does anybody know how effective or widely used these things were. I've never come across this paticular weapon before. I doubt it was strictly military, seems rather specialized. If anyone can add additional information it would be greatly appreciated.

So how is Guy going to become known as The Greatest Green Lantern of All?
I'm kinda hoping that Guy learns to control his rage using pure WILL and can continue on, at least into the Blackest Night storyline, with two runs. Not only would he be a controlled, one man Black Lantern killing machine but he'd also show that he has enough will to curb one of the most volatile rings out there. Might not be enough to make him the Greatest, but it'd certainty give him an impact when he hit Earth.

Why no answer to Green Lantern powerset?
Nova is close to the Green Lantern's in terms of power level and modus operandi. Quasar is close to the Green Lantern's in terms of power sets.

Justin Timberlake Screen Tests for Green Lantern?
Love to see Fillion and GL but I would take Reynolds or Cooper as well. I have to agree with TT about Timberlake playing Flash cause man he is funny.
