Synergy+ is great, I use it all the time.
What you are asking for, but you can have your desktop and laptop both up and running, when you move that computer.

If you mean, sharing the connection via regular wireless cards while being connected to 3g, I guess it would be possible, but IMHO, ... .
3g is I believe a trade name for Wi-max standard .
G and wifi (as in "regular" wireless cards) are not the same thing .
