I would like to have an all-black keyboard on my laptop (I want the built-in keyboard to look like this ).
What is the best approach?
Try to remove the symbols? Or paint with black paint? Has anyone done this? How?
The laptop is a compaq nc 6000, BTW....

Looked at device manager...Network Adaptors..shows Intel (R) PRO/wireless 3945ABG Network Connection seems ok...no yellow or red symbols....I double clicked for symbol..never thought of lights on pad GREAT....

With the keypad/NumLock setting, you can
also get symbols by typing the Unicode code (not the ASCII code) on
